OSI Plastics is a single source for your pipe and custom profile
extrusions, custom in-line and secondary operations including
cutting, notching, drilling and punching.

Our staff works with you
from the design stage of your project all the way to finished,
functional parts. Each extrusion starts with a concept developed
into a blueprint of the part profile. In working with our customers,
each part is checked for feasibility and function.
All critical areas are noted
and controlled. A master part drawing is produced, which is used
to produce the tooling and to check parts. All samples are produced
with this print and are submitted with an Initial Inspection
Report for part approval.

Our master control system
assures you the same design function every time you receive parts
from us.
A central file includes your
blueprints, the approved drawings, set-up sheets, ISIR
documents, gauges, mating parts, quality control checklist and
other pertinent information on file, so we can give you a functional
part for each production run.
Each of our operators is responsible
for the quality of your part. Their work is double checked by
the shift supervisors. A final inspection is performed by the
QC Coordinator before the product is released for shipment.

Even in the high tech world,
producing plastic extrusions is still more of an art than a science.
Because of this, experienced craftsmen are required to consider
all of the variables in the process. They consider each variable
including raw materials, processing temperatures, tooling and
part cooling.
Beginning at the hopper, your
OSI PLASTICS team determines the precise feed, mix extruder
temperatures, melt pressure for your run - and controls them
at every turn.
The result is close-tolerance
extrusions and custom secondary operations that fit together
every time.
